The Coping Kit provides information on substance use for those that use alcohol and drugs and their close others, such as friends and family, in an accessible format.

- Defining the spectrum from beneficial to problematic substance use
- Signs of problematic substance use and substance use disorders
- Information about specific substances, including what the substance is made from, its effects, risks of use, harm reduction, and treatment. Substances described include alcohol, benzodiazepines, cannabis, cocaine, ecstasy, inhalents, methamphetamine, opioids.
